Good morning,I recently bought a new desk top computer and it was working perfectly until Microsoft sent a message to update my windows 11 so i did. The update disabled my F key and i tried other keyboards with the same result. I took it to Best Buy the place of purchase thinking it will be a simple fix but of course i was wrong. The computer technician said this is happening alot and said they would have to wipe the system clean and reinstall windows 11 for a price of $175.00 and if i wanted my programs back that would be an additional $250.00. Since i only bought the computer last week he presented me with if i buy $195.00 warranty it would take care of it , that is what i did. However microsoft is at fault and needs to pay this cost. I contacted an attorney with the idea of filing a class action lawsuit if you are interested in joining comment on my review.
