Now I love 365. I love the one drive and I understand the need for security. ButBought a new phone and transferred all my data. During this process my password on the phone and Authenticator was lost. This stopped me logging in as I couldn’t use authentication. Despite having access to the registered email and phone number. Not possible to contact support the only option was to submit a reset request and wait 30 days. Then I was able to reset using email and phone number that was rejected initially as I couldn’t access authentication. So a month lost. All now resolved but what an absolute pain in the A***. There must be a better way. After paying for the 365 service to be locked out with no way to resolve it is ridiculous. Come on Microsoft up your game.
