I have been using Hotmail my entire life — over 30 years of memories, contacts, and important emails. One day, I woke up and suddenly couldn’t log in. I went through every recovery process, contacted support multiple times, and waited patiently for 6 months… not a single reply.It feels like Microsoft has completely abandoned loyal, long-time users like me.
