Poor Service – Stuck in Customs Due to Microsoft’s ErrorI ordered a product from the Microsoft Store for personal use, but they incorrectly labeled it for business use. As a private individual without an EORI number, I couldn't clear the shipment through customs. Because of this mistake, the product has been stuck in customs for over a month.To make matters worse, Microsoft customer service has been completely unhelpful. They seem more focused on hitting call time KPIs than actually resolving the issue. Every time I contact them, I get passed from one rep to another, and no one takes ownership.I’ve been told I just have to wait for the delivery company to return the item—something that hasn’t happened in weeks. Meanwhile, Microsoft is still holding my money and refuses to issue a refund until the item is returned, which is out of my control.Extremely disappointing experience for such a large company. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you're prepared for serious hassle if something goes wrong.
