Shock horror. NOT. The reviews are rock bottom! I have never experienced such horrific customer service. I have spent days, phone call after phone call. Email after email and I am still no better with my issue. You can't speak to anyone who knows how to solve a problem. You get cut off between transfer. Given phone numbers to contact other departments that don't work. No complaints section. I litterally don't know what to do and who to contact that know what they are doing
