I bought Microsoft Surface Pro 11 and it keeps lagging. Not knowing what's going on, I sent in my keyboard for servicing to check any issues with it. What they sent back to me was a used keyboard with loose magnet on the keyboard and the keys on the keyboard are loose too. When I told them this is a worse conditioned used keyboard they have given me, they told me they couldn't give me back what I had bought. I wasn't notified I would be given a used keyboard. No one would have expected to be given a used keyboard with loose magnets and loose keys on the keyboard too, with the lagging issue is not resolved. The staff were unhelpful and they said they couldn't locate my keyboard when there's a serial no. I do not believe they told me they couldn't locate it when there's a serial no. It's a regret of a lifetime getting microsoft laptop and the customer service is horrendous. I have made several trips to the Microsoft Concierge and made many calls to Microsoft helpdesk and it's all a waste of time and effort. Farhan is the guy who attended to me at Millenia Walk, Microsoft Concierge. They simply don't care or value the customer experience. I will never buy from Microsoft again.
