Microsoft owns and controls Xbox, i was signed out randomly and had to reset my password 6 times, tried calling support multiple times and got an AI that wouldnt allow me to speak to any people and only would tell me to go to the support page to contact them. The support page has no support in contact except to talk to the same Ai bot that doesnt help. Any number I tried said to go to support, and supportSend you to nothing useful except an Ai chat bot that sends you in a circle. . Even after resetting my password it kept saying there were issues and would make me reset it again. . This is fawking ridiculous, stupid as hell for firing 9000 employees and using a shitty Ai chat bot that doesnt even work. Fawking useless. Id give 0 stars if I could.
