I paid for Home Office 6 months ago. Had to get a new computer last week. I just CANNOT move the licence to new machine I have the "key", I have proof of purchase but "customer services (??)" cannot help me.I've tried phoning them _ they say -"go online".Online it is so difficult to contact an advisor for help, and when I did (3 times), had to start at the beginning again each time, and on 2 occasions the agent disappeared from me. Third one suggested I keep the old computer just to run Home Office.I guess I spent a total of 8 hours on line, a further 4 hours trying to find out and a few frustrating telephone callsWHY CAN WE NOT SPEAK TO AN ADVISOR AND HAVE A CONVERSATION ??Terrible experience
