Subject: Complaint Regarding Ongoing Service Failure and Lack of Resolution – Microsoft OneDriveI pay for an annual subscription to Microsoft OneDrive. Since February 2025, the core functionality of the service—file sharing with designated users—has stopped working. Despite reaching Tier 3 support and spending hours over the past four months coordinating with Microsoft, the issue remains unresolved.Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been asked to submit logs and information that I have already provided multiple times. There has been no meaningful update or progress in resolving the issue.On June 16, I asked about compensation for the prolonged disruption. I was told there are no further escalation paths and was again asked for data I had already submitted.This service has not functioned as advertised for four months, and Microsoft has failed to provide an adequate resolution. At this point, the only acceptable remedy is a refund for the portion of the service that has not worked.I request your assistance in holding Microsoft accountable for failing to deliver a paid service and failing to resolve the matter through appropriate support channels
