Here's the story. Bought an Xbox controller and the right joystick did not function properly. Microsoft sent a replacement since it was in warranty. The replacement had missing thumb sticks LOL. I contact them again about this and they tell me to send the replacement back to them to fix it. I do. I get it back and it is STILL missing the thumb sticks LOL I see in my microsoft account that they then placed an order to send me the replacement parts, which I assume are the thumb sticks. Why was this not fixed when I sent it to Microsoft?!?! What???? It makes no sense. Please do better.
