I am unable to login to my account for many days as the screen can just simply show "Too Many Requests" and no other helpful info informing why is this happening and how to solve it. This is not the first time, if I just entered the password wrong for JUST ONE TIME, it will be triggered to block my account. Try to get support from agent, know what? Only logged in member can contact agent lol. Such unwelcoming attitude make me feel so regretful not using Google email instead. If you don't want to serve, kindly consider shut down. And thanks for all the helpless FAQ. I sincerely hope your people can go through all the steps to get their account recovered one day, and find out if such tedious, unhumanly approach is wasteful of time and effort. I still can't access my account in case you're curious, better just BLOCK IT FOREVER!
