The worst company ever

The worst company ever, the customer service is very, very bad. You pay money for products, and they don't work. Microsoft has someone call you from another country who speaks English fluently, you can't understand them, and they can't understand you. It is a lose-lose situation. You may end up hanging up, yelling at them, or being transferred to someone who does not speak or understand English.A class action lawsuit needs to be brought against this company. They are scammers. You pay for a service or product that doesn't work, but they constantly take your money.
