I am extremely frustrated with the lack of proper support and communication from Microsoft. After encountering a technical issue with deleting my account, I discovered I had a tenant attached to it and encountered issues, I followed the recommended steps, but I'm still receiving the same error message instructing me to troubleshoot—indicating a technical issue on their end.To make matters worse, instead of receiving proper assistance, I was advised to purchase an additional support plan to resolve the issue. This is especially aggravating considering the amount I’ve already spent on subscriptions, including an Xbox subscription that was auto-renewed for over 12 months without any notification during this period.What’s even more frustrating is the disorienting process of accessing support through various channels, with no clear assistance from the team. It feels like there’s no accountability or ownership in resolving the issue.This is really disappointing considering I've been a Xbox gamer for nearly a decade since Xbox360, and it seems like all my money, time and engagement means nothing to Microsoft. I wonder if things would be different if I was a $$$ global-wide company.
