I contacted them regarding a service breaking issue on my computer that locks me out of microsoft store, onecloud etc. This prevents me from being able to a develop an app for my work.When I after 20 minutes got connected to a chat agent they sent me a couple messages I didn't have time to read because the page redirected me to a feedback form almost immidiately. Also when I got kicked out of the case I had no way of seeing the messages that the agent had sent which left me clueless of why it was closed so quick.Zero information about how to resolve my issue in the case log file as well. Very badly implemented customer support system from one of the biggest companies of the world. I don't like apple products but goddam this makes me want to never use microsoft again...
