I regret ever buying my Xbox series s now I am locked out of my account I cannot play the console I bought I cannot play the games I bought that own under my Microsoft account the support options on the website useless that virtual agent nonsense not helpful at all it’s hurts such a huge company like Microsoft but the worst customer service What painful I paid for all this nonsense they are good at taking the money thereafter we suffer with useless support options.. so disappointed 💔💔
