My mousepad doesn't work with my microsoft mouse for some reason even though it should according to the specifications. I tried to send microsoft a contact form via their website but I get an error when trying to upload a simple 150 pdf file; a format that the website should accept it says. Also png doesn't work. It says "try again and if it persists, contact us" with a link to the contact page, so I can try again to fill in a contact form for what category exactly.. your contact form that doesn't want to accept a simple upload as it should? That category does not exist on your website.Then I call their support phone number, I say the type of product I'm calling for and I get an automated "go to... surface dotcom/support" website that does not exist! Then the connection was broken off by them. I call back multiple times and I'm getting the same automatic reply back and the connection just gets broken off. Unbelievable, and this for a company that has existed for almost half a century. Next time I'm buying products from another brand.
