I am beyond frustrated with Microsoft Support! I contacted them for a simple audio issue, and while they temporarily fixed it, they broke my cursor/touchpad in the process. To make matters worse, now I’m completely locked out of my laptop because of a BitLocker recovery key I never set up and can’t even find.This isn’t just an inconvenience—it has directly impacted my job. I’m a freelancer, and this is my work computer. Thanks to Microsoft’s terrible support, I’ve lost valuable time and income because I can’t access my own device. Instead of fixing my issue, they made it worse and left me with no solution except resetting my entire PC, losing everything in the process.I HATE YOU, MICROSOFT. Your support is incompetent, your security measures lock users out of their own computers, and now I have to suffer the consequences. If I could give you zero stars, I would.#MicrosoftFail #BitLockerDisaster #BadSupport
