Tried to purchase a game through the store when it was discounted. They couldn't process my purchase even though my bank successfully processed the amount. Then they held my money for 7 days until the discount was no longer available. After 2 hours talking with support, they concluded that even though it was their fault, they could do nothing about the discount I missed it on. A 3 TRILLION DOLLAR COMPANY COULDN'T HELP WITH $20 AFTER THEIR OWN ERROR CAUSED THE ISSUE. WORTHLESS. I see why they have 1 star.
