Total incompetence from this company! I wish we had the option to purchase the tools from a competitor so Microsoft wouldn't be a monopoly! Microsoft Business 365 account expired-carried out a renewal online without being supplied any renewal license key. They practically shut us down for a whole week as we had no Microsoft exchange/outlook, Word, Excel etc etc. Their support/contact options are so difficult that it took about a week to manage to get someone on the phone. And once I managed to do that, calling from Cyprus, (7 times because the lines kept dropping after an hour of total inconclusion from each rep), I was being passed on from one rep to another somewhere in India (as I was told). They didn't even have the decency to keep my phone number so the rep who was handling me could call me back to continue where the conversation was dropped, so you can understand that I repeated the story about 5 or 6 times. I've never seen anything like this!!! Really??? One would think such a Corporation would be more customer oriented/concerned with the product they are selling. I am still on hold for the last hour and a half on my seventh phone call. This is so ridiculous that its actually funny. I managed to get through to the Microsoft 365 Data protection dept. manager, Mr. Praveen Giri (if I am spelling his last name correctly) and the first thing I did was get him to spell his name and have him write down my phone number so he could call me back in case the lines dropped again. Well...he didn't even bother...So there you go ..this is Microsoft for you guys....excellent service and product...don't you think?? You can make your own assumptions from this. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Hope I have been of some help to someone else who can avoid this in the future...Looking forward to a competitor to 365!!!!
