A subscription is a contract. You should not be shutting my subscription off and making it unrenewable so I have to buy your garbage ass new one with virtual nothing new, but an 8 dollar price increase. Then your scunty customer service rep sits there trying to tell me that it ended August 8th when I clearly paid for it August 8th and September 8th and haven’t had a problem til October 8th.
