Had an Xbox that stopped working. Had a monthly subscription of £14.99. cannot contact them directly as all information on Xbox. Had my bank contact them and tell them to stop submitting payments, but they steal £14.99 each month! I do not have a contract with them and they have no right to steal money each month! ANY CUSTOMER THAT CONTACTS BANK TO STOP PAYMENTS 3 DAYS BEFORE PAYMENT DUE, AN IMMEDIATE STOP PAYMENT ORDER FOR SIX MONTHS SHOULD BE APPLIED.
