Their support teams are available via phone and live chat, with minimal wait times. Whether you're running a legitimate copy of Windows or even a pirated one, their reps are dedicated to resolving your issue with professionalism and care. I’ve personally experienced this firsthand—after contacting support about an issue with Microsoft Authenticator, the representative spent 90 minutes helping me. When I accidentally closed the chat window, they proactively called me back, despite me not providing my phone number.
