I've been enjoying my HP xEnvy360 laptop until 2 months ago when Windows 11 needed updating After the update was completed, a green screen appeared BITLOCKER RECOVERY SCREEN which blocks unauthorized access. I was unable to access my computer until I typed in 48 numbers in the Key portion. FYI if you own an HP by Microsoft, be sure to access your Microsoft account and print out the RECOVERY KEY NUMBER. Also know, you can access the system and rid the BITLOCKER screen forever by doing the following: Press ESC - SKIP THIS DRIVE, Troubleshooting Adv option UEFI Restart - choose Security Category - SECURE BOOT/F10 SAVE - This might look confusing but it's easy and prevents BITLOCKER from repeating itself. Geeksquad was no help. Hope you find this useful. Thank you. I gave this 4-STARS because I love my laptop but hate Microsoft and their BITLOCKER crap
