If I could give you a 0 star rating I would. This program is so hard to recover. I have been lock out of my outlook email for 3 days now. And can not sign in. It shouldn't be this hard. Put your password in, wrong password. Verify with authenticator,what authenticator? Solve a puzzle? Send password reset to the email address you can't log into. Are you I kidding? Then when you try too many times you are locked out. Get real guys. And you wonder why everyone hates your programs. I am 2 days younger than dirt and to be honest I may die before I get access to my email. This is asinine. FIX IT!!!!!!! YOUR WORTH BILLIONS, FIX YOUR CRAP!
