Microsoft locked me out of my account for over 3 months and kept on charging me, even after I had banned /canceld microsoft on my cards and paypal, The last 2 years microsoft locked me out at least 12 times, and each time it took longer to get back, from a mere one hour, it took me 6-9 hours to get access to my Microsoft account, each time Microsoft decided to lock me out, or when my computer was shut down! Microsoft by default refuses to to list information on site or in emails to customers, pertaining to re accessing an account that microsoft just for fun,, blocks endlessly!Also,, Microsoft must make a user friendly system ACCESSABLE to customers, where a customer wouldn't have to spend ten times more times accessing the account than to use it!Microsoft, a state Protected maffia Organisation, made £ Trillions,, yet there product is poor and outdated, and information on accessing blocked account is virtually impossible on Microsoft!Microsoft should be banned and replaced with a USER FRIENDLY up to date system, that is NOT as corrupt and crooked as the USA election system!I am demanding my 3 mot=nths subscription fees back from Fraudulant Thief Microsoft
