Very unenjoyable playthrough on the Minecraft game. A subscription I pay for monthly has not been working for the past 4 days. Microsoft was doing “work” on the situation and updating us as they did. It has been 20 hours since we have received any official update from Microsoft or a representative. It is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous that this should ever happen. If I don’t get free service for a while or a refund I am going to stop supporting them, I’ve supported them enough. This isn’t the only problem. My brother is trying to log into his account and I have tried 4 or 5 times with the email, it worked once but when he logged off and got back on it and it logged him off. Very frustrating and Microsoft isn’t telling us anything at the moment. Keep in mind I am affected by emotions of anger and frustration. There are a lot of good things and benefits, but this is very unacceptable.
