No way for them to look it up if it’s with as established customer. That’s is not customer service. That is morally wrong. And they should be ashamed of themselves. Also before you want to start bashing my post. My father is 91 years old. We are blessed to still have him. But no one knows who set up his Microsoft account and none of the information is under his information. So we are screwed on getting any of his data.
