Microsoft asked me for my opinion and this is what I wrote. It will indicate exactly what the problem was and continues to be... for all of us. Javier could not understand me because his English is different than my English. Furthermore, he chose NOT TO BE EDUCATED in this field but simply rose up by work. He spent most of the time explaining to me that my issue was not a technical issue THEN insists that I send him screenshots so he could see. Even if he saw them, he would not have known what to do. And so, in the final analysis, he just cut me off and ran. Life is dynamic and constantly changing.It will change for Microsoft also. Probably sooner than later.THEN... WHAT WILL YOU DO?It is MEDIOCRITY such as this that has brought the total demise of my country, the United States of America.It's what you wanted because YOU ARE THE CLASSIC REPRESENTATIVE OF MEDIOCRITY.I am an old woman now.
