Back in the day I purchased a minecraft account and I have been playing on it for about 7-8 years. The last few I haven't and since mojang migrated with microsoft apparently my old account is not usable anymore. I asked the servicedesk if they could do anything for me and honestly I just got an automated message as reply linking me to an article that said if you haven't migrated your account before december 2023 you basically have to buy the game again. So for unhelpful and greedy service, 1 star
