Microsoft support either didn't read, or intentionally chose to ignore my purpose for contacting in order to get rid of me.Either way they gave me useless information and then closed the ticket without even providing me an opportunity to respond for clarification.Microsoft has no intention of honoring their contracts or treating customers with respect. One more reason to file an FTC report.
