The worst customer service number and staff.One, the live person number , you can never get live person.Two, text to cancel subscription and they never get back to youThree, once you do get a live person on one of their many, many sites, to just cancel a subscription which was charged twice .. the person said I have to get a code … what??? Get this from a store , pay the price then call them back n give them the code then they will cancel.. if i question the task, the customer service person just hang up..Worst Microsoft company.. wish I don’t have to use them but we can’t that’s the problem!!!
