I wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend purchased 2 games a couple of weeks ago. One of the games was too big to fit on his xbox storage device so he couldn't play it. The other game stopped working and would not load, so he couldn't play that one either. Microsoft runs the online game store for xbox and they keep denying my boyfriend's request for a refund. For 2 products he can't even use. They made us wait over 2 weeks to deny the first request to say that they can't refund it because he played one of the games for 10 minutes. Now they are denying his request because it has been over 30 days. If they had been more timely in orocessing these requests, we would not be over the 30 day mark at this time. I called and spoke with a supervisor just to get the run around and I was told I need to speak with someone from the refund department. Well you can only speak with them via email. All around horrible customer service from a company that obviously doesn't want to give out refunds for their own products that do not work or to help their customers when a mistake is made such as buying a game that requires more storage space than there is available on the console.
