please let us give this company a minus score, the customer service is the worst, spend hours on the phone getting pushed from one person to another, they dont listen they speak over the customer constantly, the amount of stalling from them is unbelievable, and you always seem to come off the phone after trying to sort hings out feeling deflated and so angry.They are good at taking your money but when it comes to something breaking or going wrong dont expect them to help as they send out replacements that are broken to start with.And trying to speak to someone in UK forget it will never happen, its all run by overseas companies employed to take calls for microsoft so not actually microsoft your talking to.
