It is regarding the Minecraft migrations.I had an email confirming the migration, i changed my PCs and forgot about my minecraft account. I wished to then play the game and it is now telling me i don't have it. I have requested to escalate on the phone to support which they are refusing to escalate and speak to me regarding it. I have told them i have a confirmation that the migration was sucessful and that I went through the process even having to create another profile just for the game. They've told me to speak to Mojang regarding it but it is incorrect and refuses to resolve this issue.I have attempted to escalate this with a manager on the call who said they can no longer help, the customer support agent named Sherif went to speak to was unable to speak to me at the time of the call.
