Horrendous Horrendous experience trying to get Microsoft to help us change the verification code. They left us hanging for 5 days passing us from one person to another, all answered by call centres located in India or bangladesh. All very polite when speaking to us but could do f..ck all...wasting time ..so much time..Microsoft is a company from Hell...unprofessional a..se..holes...We are still hanging on the phone, our business is being affected while Microsoft teams playing musical chairs with the phone....please please dont use Microsoft if you want your business to be successful...
