I have been a Microsoft user for more than 10 years. And December 27th, 13 days after paying a year family 365 subscription, Microsoft locked my account for violation of services agreement. I went through all documents and can safely say that I didn't do anything from what is described there as violation. Took a month and dozens of useless conversations. And guess what? No explanations, no refunds and all personal and business data are gone! Just emailed me we won't negotiate, admit it, bye.
