Been locked out my my email account, only way I can regain access is via a recovery form which I have filled out multiple times with all the correct details and everytime I am denied access. I have spoke to someone today Via a live chat, he was absolutely no help! Said filling that form correctly was the only way to recover my account. No security questions on the form that only you would know, and only 2 attempts to recover your account everyday. Also have to provide email addresses and subjects for emails you have sent out! I haven’t sent any emails and the couple I have, how do I know the email and subject if I have been locked out of my account!! I’m all for privacy and security but this is too far, being locked out of your own account and only being able to gain access if you get the questions correct and you use the same device in the same location you’ve used before. What happens if you’ve moved or got a new device?? Absolutely ridiculous!!
