Lazy and ignorant company with no customer service

Blocked my reward account without informing me, after I went on holiday for a few days and earned reward points (allowed in their T's and C's). Customer services responded with generic answers, refused to help or answer my questions, then ignored my further messages. Greedy company, with ignorant, incompetent and rude staff. I will never use Microsoft browsers or products again.
