Rented a movie from the Microsoft Store. It had no sound. I restarted the app and got the sound going but 15 minutes in it went off again. Restarting didn't help.I checked the device to ensure it was in working order, which it was.So, I rented the same movie from YouTube and contacted customer service at Microsoft.Three departments and four agents later they have decided that I am not entitled to a refund. So, I am lodging a dispute with my bank.Would not recommend but YouTube's rental service was great! Go there instead.
