The login process is a nightmare!

The login process is a nightmare! No matter how many times I change my password, it keeps failing and then prompts me again, trapping me in an endless cycle! One would expect a well-established tech company to handle this basic task correctly, but they fail miserably. Consequently, I can't access or purchase any of their products, which is resulting in lost revenue for the company. To make matters worse, their tech support is outsourced to places where communication is difficult (no offense intended!). How does this supposed 'diversity' benefit us when we can't even understand each other?! This is truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company!
