I've previously sent multiple messages to the management regarding my concerns, but received no acknowledgment or resolution. The feedback provided about issues on the platform continues to be ignored. One major problem is the ineffective filtering system, which allows inappropriate and unwanted emails to clutter the junk folder. I've seen an alarming rise in spam related to gambling and other irrelevant offers, despite my settings being adjusted to the highest level. Reporting and blocking these emails feels futile, as their numbers only seem to grow. It's evident that the company needs to improve its filtering capabilities to prevent this influx of unwanted messages. Other email services manage to handle this better, so it's clear that a solution is possible. I urge the company to take customer feedback seriously, respond to inquiries, and implement necessary changes to eliminate these unwanted emails from the junk folder.
