The bed quality is acceptable for the price, and the color is appealing. However, the initial delivery was missing a crucial link and did not include the drawers we requested. They promised to deliver the missing parts and take back the incorrect piece. Unfortunately, the delivery team brought another entire bed instead and refused to take back the incorrect one, leaving us with extra furniture. I have reached out for a prompt collection of the extra piece and will update my review based on the resolution. I feel frustrated but hopeful for a quick response.
