I acquired two single 3ft mattresses designed with a custom zip and link feature for optional joining. Although I ordered them through one platform, all communication came from another, which was slightly confusing. The company excelled in their communication, reaching out within 24 hours to confirm the custom zip and link, which was a reasonable addition for £35 if I decided to combine the beds into a Super King. The delivery information and aftercare support have been exceptional, with emails confirming every step and phone calls when necessary. The mattresses themselves are of high quality. I specifically wanted two firm mattresses that I could turn and rotate, as I’m tired of newer options that only allow rotation and wear out faster than expected. One reason for choosing two 3ft mattresses was my need for slightly different types. Both mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and I can easily sleep on either one—my cat seems to prefer mine, likely because it’s always warm! It’s only been a few months since my purchase, so I plan to provide a more detailed review later.
