1 star – Terrible support
My account was used without my permission and money was taken. I politely asked them to help recover the account, refund the money, or at least set the account to negative, but they refused everything and showed no interest in helping.
They do not care about customers or fraud situations. I had to contact my bank.
Be careful using this service.
