I can only recommend everyone to not play here, this site has so many issues and im gonna try and list them all in this review.The only positive thing i can say is that the game selection was good and the games paid well, i was quite lucky on this site. If i would only rate this alone i would give 5 stars since this site was pretty good to me.The big downside is that the withdrawal process is just horrible, like the worst you will ever experience. I waited WEEKS for my withdrawal request, which i now know, is completely normal for Novaforge ltd, this company is delaying your withdrawal as long as possible without giving you a reason.The customer service is by far the worst ive ever seen, the livechat and email service wont give you any information regarding your account/withdrawal/verification. If you ask any questions regarding these things, they will close the chat.You can only withdraw 500€ a day, but you can deposit as much as you want, once you submit a withdrawal request for 500€ they will put a limit for 24hours until you can do it again, so not even once its paid out, but just if you request it, so if you have 1500€ you need to wait 3 days just to submit the requests, and then potentially wait weeks for them to be looked at.There are no responsible gambling tools at all, if you have the tendency to lose your money while waiting for the withdrawal, dont even think about playing here. When your balance goes below 5$ they even ask you to cancel your withdrawal request to keep playing and give you a big button to cancel it.The entire site is designed in a way to stall out players and making them wait so they loose their winnings, oh and obviously they dont work on the weekend, only on workdays, which makes the withdrawal process even longer.You can get coins on this site for playing, they essentially give them to you as a reward system for missions and stuff, but even though i have alot of coins, i cant use them since they banned me from using them, so even their reward system is a scam. When i asked the customer service as to why im unable to redeem my coins for money, they told me that i was an administrative decision and wont give my further information.You cant verify yourself if they dont unlock it for you, just another strategy from them to once again stall you, make you wait longer and longer, like i said, everything on Midasluck is designed to make you wait as long as possible. I waited weeks for my withdrawal and in the end they didnt even want me to verify my account, i can only imagine how long this would have taken if they requested my documents as well.Does this site payout the winnings? Yes, from my personal experience it did, but the process of getting there was the worst ive ever seen.
