We had our initial session in November, and I was on the verge of happy tears that day — it was that impactful. The progress we saw after just one session was astonishing, and I immediately knew it was going to improve further. We informed the instructor in that first hour that we would be moving straight to the off-lead program! The instructor's expertise and enthusiasm are unparalleled. Their method is exactly what we had been looking for, and I was genuinely excited to embark on this journey with our new rescue. If you’re seeking effective training, look no further. Choosing anyone else would be a waste of time and money — dive right in with this instructor. You won’t regret it. I had spent countless hours watching their social media content and reading reviews on various platforms. Everything seemed so impressive that I thought it might be too good to be true. However, before our first session even started, we were fortunate to witness part of a group session. About 10–12 large dogs were walking calmly in a line around the block, obedient and fully engaged. I was absolutely amazed. That was when I realized we had made the right choice. UPDATE: Seven weeks in, the progress has been remarkable. Our dog is now completely manageable and genuinely a joy to walk. We take him to coffee shops, the pub for lunch, and even to the gym with me, and he often behaves better than most dogs we encounter. I should really carry some of the instructor’s cards with me. We recently completed our first off-lead session, which involved our dog walking off-lead along a road and through a park. We were genuinely impressed — though we expected nothing less given the instructor’s guidance. Equally important to our dog’s progress is the confidence and understanding we’ve gained as owners. We now feel equipped with the tools and clarity needed to advocate for our dog effectively. We recognize that we still have a journey ahead, but the foundations laid in such a short time have surpassed our expectations. We feel truly fortunate to have this instructor in our area. We traveled over an hour to train with them — and honestly, I would have driven to the farthest distance for this experience. I was recommending them to others even before our own session, and I’ll continue to do so with complete confidence.
