On 24th March I ordered rolls of lint, went through the on-line payment and was happy that everything was tikkety-boo. I have bought this same lint for several years from MidMeds with no problems. This time...problem. On Monday at about 15.30hr I telephoned to enquire about my order. They could not find it. After some searching and discussion we decided to use the original details, which they still had but no record of payment, It sounded like a lot of work for them but all confirmed order should be with me on Wednesday 2nd. April. I was happy. My surprise came when the delivery courier knocked on our door and gave me the package not 24 hours after my telephone call , 1st. April !!!. A magical service from MidMeds. Absolutely Brilliant.Definitely "Above-and-Beyond"
