Won with the free bet then they told me I was not allowed to join any promotions and can only bet a 25p stake so closing the account. Very bizarre behaviour from a bookies. I opened it ahead of the Cheltenham festival to use but it’s like they are punishing me for winning a bet? When I asked about it they wouldn’t answer any questions and said decision was final.
