After placing a deposit for a seal bicolor kitten, I received pictures of a different kitten and was offered an alternative when I inquired about the original one. The communication was poor, and I felt hurried. When I asked about the kitten's appearance, the breeder offered to refund my deposit, which made me question the availability of the kitten I had reserved. I was hoping to find a breeder who could provide clear information and good customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
