For over two weeks, I have been trying to return the item, and the store still has not provided a complete return address suitable for international shipping.Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they repeatedly claim that “all items fit perfectly” and that the problem is mine because I “chose the wrong size.” This response is dismissive and unprofessional. A customer has the right to return an item that does not fit or meet expectations.They refuse to provide proper return details and instead try to push a 10–15% partial refund. I clearly requested a full return and full refund, which is a standard consumer right.The return process feels intentionally complicated and unnecessarily delayed.If you value transparent return policies, clear communication, and professional customer service — think twice before ordering from this store.
